1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply when you use the MyZenCheck website and educational tongue-image check. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit an image.

2. Educational service only

MyZenCheck is an AI-assisted TCM wellness education tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or rule out disease and does not replace medical, dental, emergency, or appropriately qualified TCM care. Do not use a result to delay care, stop medication, or choose herbs, supplements, medicines, or therapies.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and submit only images you are authorized to provide.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape abusively, or bypass security controls.
• The service is intended for adults and is not designed to assess children.

4. Image processing and privacy

An accepted photo is uploaded to Azure Blob Storage and processed by Azure-hosted services. The API requests deletion of the submitted blob when analysis finishes, but cleanup failures cannot be ruled out. Browser history and preferences may remain on your device. The Privacy Policy provides the authoritative description.

5. Accuracy and availability

Automated outputs can be incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. Lighting, camera processing, food, drink, oral care, medication, hydration, irritation, and normal variation can affect appearance. MyZenCheck does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular result, or diagnostic accuracy.

6. Intellectual property

Unless a page states otherwise, MyZenCheck owns or licenses the website software, design, and original editorial content. These terms do not transfer ownership. Applicable quotation, fair-use, and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Third-party links

External links are provided for context or convenience. A link does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, availability, or endorsement of a third-party service. Any commercial relationship should be disclosed near the relevant link.

8. Limitation and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits consumer, privacy, or other rights that applicable law makes mandatory.

9. Changes

Material changes will be reflected by the update date on this page. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply from that point, subject to applicable law.
