How the check works

1

Take a clear photo

Use neutral lighting and avoid colored food or drink immediately beforehand.

2

Software describes the image

Multiple components assess visible color, coating, shape, surface, edges, and moisture-like appearance.

3

Read educational context

The result uses TCM pattern vocabulary with limitations and does not determine a medical condition.

Frequently asked questions

What does MyZenCheck analyze?

It analyzes visible characteristics in a submitted tongue photo—such as color, coating, shape, surface, edges, and moisture-like appearance—and describes them using TCM educational vocabulary.

Can it diagnose a disease or organ problem?

No. A tongue photo cannot establish a disease, organ function, nutrient deficiency, or the cause of a symptom. MyZenCheck is not a medical device.

How accurate is MyZenCheck?

MyZenCheck has not published an independently reviewed clinical-validation protocol or sufficient public data to support a diagnostic-accuracy claim.

What happens to my photo?

A submitted photo is sent over HTTPS, uploaded to Azure Blob Storage, and passed to Azure-hosted analysis services. The API attempts to delete that blob automatically when the analysis request finishes, including failed analyses; cleanup failures are logged, so no absolute deletion guarantee is made. Result history is stored in the browser.

Choose education, not self-diagnosis

Review the limitations, use a clear photo, and take persistent or concerning symptoms to a qualified professional.
