MyZenCheck is an educational wellness tool based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. It is not emergency care and does not replace licensed medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do not send urgent symptoms or requests for medical decisions by email. If you have trouble breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, severe swelling, or another possible emergency, contact local emergency services. For a persistent, painful, or unexplained tongue change, seek assessment from a qualified medical or dental professional.
Help us investigate
For technical support, include the page address, your browser and device type, the approximate time of the problem, and the steps that produced it. You may include a screenshot of the interface, but remove names, notifications, account details, or other personal information first. Never email a tongue photo or medical record unless the team specifically confirms a secure and necessary way to provide it.
Privacy and corrections
For a privacy request, state whether you are asking for access, correction, deletion, or another data right and identify the email or approximate session details needed to locate the record. For a content correction, send the exact URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate, and a reliable source where possible. We may need to verify identity before acting on a data request, but please do not send identity documents in your first email.
